Buhari pays surprise visit to Atiku.

THE presidential candidate of the all Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2015 election, General Muhammed Buhari, on Sunday, paid a surprise visit to a former vice president, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Abubakar contested the party’s ticket alongside Buhari, Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of Kano State, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo and the Publisher of Leadership Newspaper, Chief Sam Nda-Isaiah.
Buhari, in company with a few top leaders of the party, on arrival at the Asokoro residence of Atiku, reportedly went into a closed door meeting with him.
Though no official statement was issued from the two camps on the visit, a source close to the meeting told the Nigerian Tribune that it was part of the efforts to work for the victory of the party ahead the 2015 election.
“As you can see, APC leaders are forging ahead after the primaries. Buhari is here to meet with the Turaki Adamawa for the way forward.
“In the next few days, APC will surprise all. That is what I can tell you for now,” a source close to the meeting said.
